This is a pretty simple and fun way to add so color to your folders.
1. Use lightly patterned or solid-colored tape on tabs of folders, following your coding system.
2. To make flowers for folder fronts, cut triangular-shaped petals and place them in circles to create flowers. Cut leaf shapes, too.
3. Place flowers and leaves on folders.
